My journey in casting commenced in 2007 where I worked for some of the busiest casting offices in Los Angeles including Ross Lacy, Ali Horn, Arlene Schuster, and Francene Selkirk. In 2019, I realized the pinnacle of my aspirations as a Casting Director and founded Shannon Bobo Casting. It's been an incredibly gratifying experience as an artist to facilitate the work of fellow creatives. Over the years, I've honed my skills in preparing and auditioning talent for on-camera projects, spanning national network commercials, television, film, web series, and real people casting projects.

Specializing in diversity casting, I bring a wealth of experience to the table. Whether it's a large-scale commercial or an intimate web series, I've navigated the intricacies of the casting process.
